We are looking for Seasonal Remote Call Center Representatives. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends.
What you?ll be doing and What We Look For:
? Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products.
? Responding to emails and chats
? Call center experience
? Skilled in reading, writing, and speaking with customers
? Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
? Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment
? Able to learn and navigate software quickly
