Job Summary:
The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
? Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
? Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment assessing and appropriately responding to customer?s information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
? Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
? Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
? Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
? Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
? Continually builds trust with community partners.
? Promotes leadership and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
? High school diploma or GED
? Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
? Excellent typing and computer skills.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
? Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations.
