Sales Manager - Electric Equipment Selling

Role Details:

? Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

? Completing sales efforts outlined in the Marketing Plan to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals;

? Assisting in the development of the marketing plan and annual budget;

? Identify and develop new client bases and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance business networks;

? Ensure client retention through dedicated customer service and support;

? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;

? Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;

? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;

? 3 -5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electrical equipment sector, preferably in transformers;

? Proven experience in B2B environments;

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients;

? Ability to work effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the technical aspects of products and services meet the project?? requirements;

? Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations;
