Required Skills
? A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction
? Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
? Capability to sustain an inter-rater reliability (IRR) score of 98% or higher
? Prior experience in remote work is preferred
? Availability for no less than 60 abstraction hours each month
