Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services.
Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or email/chat support preferred.
Proficiency with CRM and email/chat software.
Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
Work Environment:
Remote or hybrid work options may be available.
Flexible working hours depending on customer needs.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $80.00/hour.
