- Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using cash registers or POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain knowledge of store promotions, products, and services to effectively sell and upsell items.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer interaction.
