Responsibilities • Provide timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff. • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a virtual environment. • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly. • Assist in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options. • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support process. • Other related duties as assigned to improve customer support and engagement.
