fleetster is a B2B mobility platform. With our software-as-a-service solution, we help companies operate car-sharing, manage their fleet in a cloud and use connected vehicle data. We are improving how companies use vehicles, reducing the size of their fleets and enabling the integration of e-vehicles.

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative, ideally in the American time zones.

? You are the first point of contact with our English-speaking international customers and communicate independently via our chat, by email and by phone.
? You take inquiries from our customers, analyze them and take care of their solution. Our customer support tool helps you to always keep track of things.
? You observe which problems appear frequently and coordinate with our technical department to find permanent solutions.
? You will become a Fleetster product expert and test new platform features before they are made available to our customers.
? Wwe are relentless, resourceful, resilient and agile all pulling together as One Team.

What you bring to the table:
? You have excellent English communication skills.
? You have 2+ years of experience in customer success or technical support.
? You enjoy customer contact. You remain patient even in handling difficult cases.
? You are reliable, organized and friendly.
