Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: ? Perform cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. ? Manage laundry duties for bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are thoroughly dried. ? Make beds and change linens as needed in all bedrooms. ? Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. ? Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when necessary. ? Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills. ? Empty trash cans and replace liners. ? Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. ? Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. ? Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and accommodating special requests.

Skills:
? Prior experience in cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred.
? Strong customer service abilities for clear communication and addressing client needs.
? Familiarity with housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking disposables.
? Attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization.
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
? Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
