What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
? Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
? Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken
? Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption
? Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
? Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
? Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred or an Associate degree minimally required
? 0-1 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
? Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
? Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
? Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
? Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
? Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
