Key Responsibilities
? Utilize a consultative sales technique to inform callers about the advantages of early health screenings, focusing on the prevention and detection of chronic health issues.
? Collect relevant health information to accurately assess each caller?s health risks and suggest suitable screening services.
? Assist in scheduling screening appointments and manage payment processes over the phone.
? Recommend additional screening packages tailored to the specific needs of each caller based on health assessments.
? Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively promoting the right services to individuals.
Required Skills
? A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, with a strong emphasis on sales.
? Exceptional phone etiquette combined with the ability to forge rapport with callers in a professional and approachable manner.
? Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with internet requirements.
Qualifications
