Responsibilities
? Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries

? Provide excellent customer service through active listening

? Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively

? Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

? Appropriately communicate with customers

? Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

? Provide feedback on call issues

Requirements
? Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
,
? 6 months Customer service experience preferred
,
? Over 18 years of age
,
? Ability to type 25 wpm
,
? High School Graduate or GED
,
? Comfort with desktop computer system
,
? Proven oral & written communication skills
,
? Ability to recognize referral needs for customer
,
? Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of Teleperformance provided equipment)

? Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
