Responsibilities
? Lead the Flight Operations ODA team and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.

? Manage performance and professional development of direct reports.

? Attend regular meetings to stay updated on AC ODA workloads and needs.

? Represent United Airlines Flight Operations AC ODA in company and industry forums.

? Direct weekly audits related to ODA activities and report on utilization metrics.

? Assist in maintaining and distributing the procedures manual for Unit Members and stakeholders.

? Ensure standardization and accuracy of ODA-related training and records tracking systems.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent.

? 4+ years' experience in Flight Operations.
,
? Knowledge of FAA Orders and FARs.
,
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams.

? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

? Reliable and punctual attendance.

Nice-to-haves
? Bachelor's degree or related experience.

? 1+ years managing direct reports.

? Experience with Pilot Training Records and/or Pilot Training Scheduling.
