We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our blended process. This role involves handling customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. ? Provide product information, assistance with orders, troubleshooting, and general support to customers. ? Assist customers with navigating the company's website/app and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter. ? Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system. ? Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. ? Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. ? Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information. ? Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)]. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ?
