Responsibilities
? Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces

? Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims

? Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs
,
? Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy
,
? Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volume
,
? Works with Microsoft Office
,
? Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Requirements
? Previous experience in a relevant position desired
,
? Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
,
? High School degree or equivalent required
,
? Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
,
? Basic math and logic skills required
,
? Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
