Job Title: Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote)

Schedule: 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid

Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote) to join our team. As an Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote), you will be responsible for providing quality phone triage to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing triage for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the on call RN if a visit is needed.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of TX/OK/MO- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays- Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life- Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license (required for all positions)
