Position Overview:

US Drug and Device Register is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing, organizing, and optimizing critical data related to price files and internal systems while facilitating changes. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel and data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various operations. Strong organizational skills, time management, and a professional approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: ? Organize and manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. ? Use advanced Excel functions to build and optimize data sets, generate reports, and track progress. ? Transfer information from hardcopy to digital format. ? Update and maintain price files and internal systems, ensuring they reflect current information. ? Collaborate across teams to streamline data management processes and integrate data into relevant systems. ? Develop and implement efficient data workflows and procedures to support business operations. ? Train staff on document retrieval procedures. ? Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. ? Interpret raw data and turn it into usable feedback and applications. ? Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions. ? Ensure data security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive information. ? Support the team with in-depth knowledge of data, providing assessments of its quality and limitations. ? Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, peers, managers, and internal support staff. ? Handle multiple client requests simultaneously and accurately.

Qualifications: ? Solid experience in data entry tasks, with high accuracy and attention to detail. ? Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables. ? Excel certification is a plus. ? Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ? Professionalism, maturity, and high integrity. ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ? Solid customer focus (internal & external). ? A workspace free from distractions with reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity. ? Open to receiving and applying coaching feedback through regular meetings. ? Flexibility to work global business hours is a plus. ? Healthcare background with an understanding of third-party payers, reimbursement, and GPO contracting is a plus. ? Prior experience with pricing or internal systems updates is a plus.

Work Environment:
? Location: Remote
? Hours: Full-time
? Salary: Commensurate with experience $50,000-$60,000
