Responsibilities of Sales Merchandise Associate:

? Accurately handles and readies goods for retail display based on company standards and procedures
? Begins and partakes in store recovery as required throughout the day
? Follows all organizational, tidiness, and restoration standards for the sales floor and takes part in preserving the cleanliness of the entire store
? Gives and accepts continual recognition and positive critique
? Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and operational procedures
? Backs and actively takes part in store objectives to minimize shrinkage
? Involves oneself in promoting the importance of safety and preserving a secure environment
