Responsibilities
? Oversee campaign strategy and media budget management for paid social media.

? Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals.

? Create strategy proposals for new campaigns based on objectives from strategy partners.

? Present campaign performance insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

? Lead projects to improve team efficiency and inter-departmental workflow.

? Identify and implement new testing opportunities for campaigns.
Requirements
? 3 to 5 years of paid social media experience required.

? 5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment preferred.

? Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and digital media buying tools.

? Strong grasp of analytics, measurement, and testing structures.

? Familiarity with work management platforms such as Workfront, JIRA, and Smartsheet.

? Ability to distill technical details into understandable terms.
