The Paid Social Media Manager for Disney Experiences will oversee and manage paid social media campaigns for the Disney Vacation Club and other business lines. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, campaign implementation, and performance analysis across various social media platforms. The manager will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to drive innovative strategies that align with Walt Disney World's goals.
Responsibilities
? Oversee campaign strategy and media budget management for paid social media.

? Implement and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to achieve traffic and revenue goals.

? Create strategy proposals for new campaigns based on objectives from strategy partners.

? Lead projects to improve team efficiency and inter-departmental workflow.

? Present campaign performance insights to key team members and provide actionable recommendations.

? Identify and implement new testing opportunities for campaign evolution.
Requirements
? 3 to 5 years of paid social media experience required.

? 5 years of digital marketing experience in Travel and Entertainment preferred.

? Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and digital media buying tools.

? Strong understanding of online/offline data usage in digital and social media.

? Proficient in analytics, measurement, and testing structures.
