Job Description

Additional Responsibilities Include:
Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representatives for Call Center Handles incoming calls orders, inquiries, complaints, etc. Places outbound calls regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc. Directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary. Job Requirements:
At least one year of Call Center, strong customer service experience.
At least HS/GED
Any customer service will do with good comm. skills and phone etiquette, computer exp.
