Residential Aide/ Personal Caregiver - $17 to $21 Per Hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Staff.

Responsibilities: ? Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. ? Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in the group home. ? Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of community. ? Accompany residents on outings, medical appointments, and community activities. ? Follow individual care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met. ? Maintain detailed documentation of resident care, behavior, and any incidents. ? Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents. ? Encourage residents? independence and participation in daily activities.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. ? CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). ? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ? Compassionate, patient, and respectful of residents' privacy and dignity. ? Ability to lift or move residents as needed (training provided). ? Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
