Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives
Assist with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and addressing billing inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and plan details
Document patient information and interactions in our system efficiently
Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex issues
Follow privacy laws and company policies regarding patient information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
Strong communication and listening skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
