Vice President of Marketing - Home Services

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Leap Brands' vision and growth goals.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable results.
Brand Management: Strengthen our brand identity and drive consistent messaging across all channels.
Growth Marketing: Implement data-driven strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Digital Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge digital tools and platforms to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.
