CSR - Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Our CSR/Administrative Assistants work to ensure that every customer is taken care of to the very best of our abilities. As an administrative assistant, you must play an integral role in maintaining a good customer relationship.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
? Inbound calls on multi line phone system during scheduled hours
? Outbound calls for service, follow-ups, & membership inspections
? Email correspondence & coordination with customers
? Monitor & contact expired memberships
? Additional duties as assigned from Office Manager
Strongly Preferred Qualities:
? Customer Service Experience
? Knowledge/Experience of ServiceTitan program

? Be proficient in Microsoft Office; computer savvy

? Show up to work on time and complete all responsibilities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
