English Call Center Agent

? Are you a fluent English speaker with a knack for engaging with people over the phone?
? Join ITSA Media as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent and play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts.
? This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
? Using scripts to provide information about product?s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone.
? Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
? Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer?s requirements.
? Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling.
? You may also see further information about the contact and the client.
? Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis.
? Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service.
? Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.

Requirements: ? Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. ? Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting. ? Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls. ? A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.
