Job Description: We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter who excels in fast-paced recruiting environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing and managing candidates, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen ability to identify potential red flags early in the recruitment process. Prior experience in the manufacturing, utilities, and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: ? Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent. ? Manage and engage with candidates through phone and video calls, building strong relationships. ? Assess candidate fit by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their responses. ? Identify and address potential issues early, ensuring smooth candidate placement. ? Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements: ? Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in non-IT recruiting with a track record of successful placements. ? Domain Expertise: Recruiting experience in the manufacturing, utilities, engineering and media & entertainment domains is highly preferred. ? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage people effectively over the phone. ? Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening skills and the ability to read between the lines to identify potential red flags. ? Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ? Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about recruitment. ? Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
