Responsibilities
? Order entry

? Order shipment

? Invoicing

? First touch - Customer/ sales rep communications (phone, email)

? Product support (basic troubleshooting)

? Freight quotes
,
? Outbound PO communications
,
? Inbound/ outbound logistics (carriers)
,
? Field customer inquiries
,
? Coordinate shipping/ stock transfers
,
? Sample fulfillment
,
? Customer sales inquiries
,
? Stock level check
,
? Communication of shipment status change/ issues to sales for resolution (standard products)
,
? Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
Requirements
? Experience with Microsoft Office software
,
? Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
,
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
,
? Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers
,
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
,
? Great time management skills, completing tasks in a timely manner

? A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
