About the position
The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving growth across paid media channels for DoorDash's Restaurant and New Verticals products in the US. This role focuses on attracting and educating new SMB Merchants about the benefits of DoorDash's offerings, executing paid media buys, and managing investment efficiency to meet aggressive business goals. The position requires a data-driven approach and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
? Execute paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS.

? Own the bottom line on all performance marketing programs for paid media campaigns.

? Lead and measure performance across an evergreen portfolio of paid channels and execute ad hoc strategic campaigns.

? Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs, including identifying and testing new channels and audience segmentation.

? Work with cross-functional teams on overall business strategy and growth.
Requirements
? 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media (search, display, social).
,
? Deep familiarity with digital marketing metrics including MQL, CW, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, and ROAS.

? Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.

? Resourceful and driven to complete tasks, even when challenging.

? Ability to create compelling narratives from performance data.
