Call Center Representative/Customer Service

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging data to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. ? Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions. ? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. ? Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. ? Utilize analytics tools to track trends and provide feedback for improving processes. ? Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.

Qualifications: ? 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. ? Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry. ? Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. ? Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
? Experience working in a data-driven or analytics-focused environment.
? Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting.
? Bilingual abilities are a plus.
