Mortgage Sales Call Center Agent

? This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
? The role starts by working in our outbound call center where you will be the first point of contact for our consumers.
? You will engage with potential customers, showcasing why AmeriSave is a premier lender of choice.
? Successful team members will then have the chance to skyrocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.

Requirements: ? Inside or field sales experience required ? Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus ? Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred ? Telesales experience preferred ? Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus ? Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude ? Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone ? Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls ? Ability to counter customer objections ? Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
