Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and warm leads in the accounting industry.
- Utilize various online platforms and databases to gather contact information and relevant details.
- Reach out to potential clients via email and social media to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Assist in creating and sending follow-up emails and newsletters to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in lead generation or sales support.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
