Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating sales and achieving KPIs.
? Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests.
? Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs that capture attention and drive conversions.
? Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
? Use A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve outcomes.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals.
? Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications: ? 5-7 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful sales-driven campaigns. ? Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking. ? Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed campaign decisions. ? Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals. ? Knowledge of retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills. ? Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
