Representatives will handle online orders, coordinate delivery and installation of appliances, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
? Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements
? High school diploma or GED required.

? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

? Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems.

? Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week.
