REMOTE Back End Developer (Java) - US Citizen only

Position Description: We are seeking a Back End Java Software Developer to work with a team in the development and sustainment of a real-time data processing, analysis, and visualization application.

Duties and Responsibilities: ? Develop web applications leveraging standard Java frameworks such as JDBC and JMS ? Utilize web and API services using technologies such as JSON/REST or XML/SOAP ? Responsible for the development of new Unit Tests (JUnit) ? Responsible for building new web pages, interfaces, and data exchanges ? Collaboration with a decentralized team is essential

The desired qualifications for this position include:
? BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
? Must have the ability to get a DoD secret clearance (US citizenship is required)
? Java Developer- 3+ years
? Experienced with Spring Framework and/or Spring Boot
? Experience with Postgres or other SQL Databases
? Developing Web Services and REST Services
? Familiar with standard source code management tools (Gitlab)
? Understanding and experience in Unit Test development and sustainment
? Familiar with web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
