Job Title

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Online Nursing Instructor specializing in Medical Surgery.
Responsibilities
? Develop and deliver engaging online lectures, presentations, and course materials on medical-surgical nursing topics.
? Facilitate interactive online discussions, case studies, and simulations to enhance student learning and critical thinking skills.
? Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments, assessments, and discussions.
? Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and active participation.
? Stay updated with the latest developments in medical-surgical nursing practice.
? Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum content.
? Maintain accurate student records.
? Provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
? Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the relevant jurisdiction.
? A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
? Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing.
? Prior experience in teaching nursing students in an online setting is desirable.
? Strong knowledge and expertise in medical-surgical nursing.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficiency in using educational technologies.
? Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical conduct.
