Monday - Friday, during school hours

Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs ? Provide specialized instruction in accordance with each student's IEP goals ? Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success ? Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment ? Track and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed

Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (required) ? Florida Special Education Teaching Certification (required) ? Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred) ? Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills ? Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to meet diverse student needs
