The Education Coordinator for Assessment at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) plays a crucial role in supporting clinical courses, didactic classes, workshops, and small groups. This position is responsible for coordinating various educational activities, managing schedules, and assisting faculty members to ensure smooth operations within the department. The coordinator will also handle administrative tasks related to budget tracking and faculty support, contributing to the overall educational mission of the college.
Responsibilities
? Provide support for clinical courses, didactic classes, workshops, and small groups.

? Schedule on-campus didactic week events for Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters.

? Track student performance and update course Canvas pages.
,
? Coordinate copying of course materials and maintain course Aquifer sections.
,
? Assist with communication regarding course schedules and assessments.
,
? Track Letters of Agreement and payroll for guest faculty.
,
? Maintain AZCOM Clinical Education Master Calendar.
,
? Cover other departments' courses as assigned.
,
? Track and submit post-rotation examination results.
,
? Schedule appointments for students or faculty to meet with department faculty.
,
? Prepare preceptor/presentation packets for faculty recruiting.
,
? Track expenses for courses and faculty conferences.
,
? Process travel approval forms and arrange travel for faculty.
Requirements
? High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
,
? 5-7 years of administrative support experience required.
,
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both oral and written forms.
,
? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
,
? Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Canvas and Top Hat preferred.
