With over 50 years of trusted experience, our team of Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors work with patients of all ages. Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Expanding HR Team
Due to our incredible growth, we are thrilled to be expanding our HR team. We're currently seeking two motivated recruiters to join us in bringing in top talent for our education and counseling operation teams. We need individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and driven to meet deadlines, with a passion for finding exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
? Handle full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions. This includes hiring teachers for our hospital partnerships and contractors for our counseling services.
? Collaborate with HR, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our teachers, clinicians, and staff.
? Innovate and expand our network within the education and healthcare/behavioral health industries.
? Contribute to the overall development and strategic planning of our talent development.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
? Bachelor's Degree required.
? Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? High energy and strong work ethic.
? Comfortable working remotely 100% of the time.
