Williams College is excited to announce the opening for an Alumni Engagement Program Coordinator position. This full-time role will report to the Director of Class Engagement and the Alumni Fund. The Alumni Engagement Program Coordinator (AEPC) is responsible for executing the class-based communications and event-related collateral for approximately 50% of the alumni body (some 15,000 individuals) each year. They provide support for data extraction and analysis; event registration; solicitation, stewardship, and gift administration; including the production of ~200 emails, text and video campaigns, and print pieces, which requires a sophisticated understanding of complex segmentation. Responsibilities: Execute production of appeals, invitations, and other class-based collateral and communications Ensure volunteers and donors are stewarded appropriately and in a timely manner, including extracting data for, preparing, and producing notifications alumni donors Provide direct administrative support to three class managers Extract, analyze, and archive additional data as needed by class managers and AE staff, particularly around legacy admission applications, leadership giving, event attendance, and identification of prospective volunteers Provide guidance, support, and overall assistance to the Office of Alumni Engagement Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2 or more years of relevant experience is required, or equal combination of education and experience Technical acumen is vital. Knowledge of Mail Merge and InDesign or similar programs is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff, students, and alumni from diverse backgrounds Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available with approval for employees based in NY, MA, CT, or VT; subject to review and revision as policy evolves. Application review will begin on July 24, 2024, and continue until the position is filled. Pay range is from $21 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. Job Grade 04.
