Responsibilities

? Assess student performance through standardized testing and regular evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents.
? Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
? Mentor students, providing guidance in both academic and personal development.
? Collaborate with fellow educators, education administration, and support staff to create an integrated approach to education.
? Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child?s development.
? Organize library services and literacy education initiatives to promote reading and research skills among students.

Skills
? Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
? Experience with standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies.
? Familiarity with private school educational frameworks is preferred but not mandatory.
? Proficient in lesson planning, ensuring lessons are engaging and educationally sound.
? Attention to detail in proofreading materials for accuracy before distribution.
? Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance the educational experience.
? Understanding of education administration processes to support school operations.
? Ability to mentor students in both academic subjects and social skills development.
? Experience or knowledge in library services to assist students in research projects.
? A commitment to literacy education, promoting reading comprehension across all subjects.

Pay: $20.33 - $22.74 per hour
