Pre-k Teacher Responsibilities
? Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
? Develop an appropriate classroom management system to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
? Maintain professional commitment: Promote a ?learning through play? philosophy and educational objectives.
? Ensure that children are always within state ratio requirements.
? Establish positive and effective family relations.
? Always supervise children within sight and sound.

Qualifications
? An associate or bachelor?s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field (may accept a minimum of a CDA with experience for this position).
? Minimum 1-2 years experience in the ECE field
? Must be able to pass the Mandatory State of Indiana Background Check
? Dependable and enjoys working together as part of a team.
