Required Skills
? In-depth understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.

Qualifications
? A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
? A clean background check is mandatory.
? CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hiring.
? Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred, but non-school-related experiences are also welcomed.
? Knowledge of early childhood education and developmental milestones is advantageous.
? Experience in planning lessons and activities that comply with educational standards is desirable.
? Familiarity with positive discipline techniques and classroom management strategies is a plus.
? Comfortable with flexible scheduling and adapting to different classroom environments.
