I amlooking for a compassionate, patient, and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of both Co-Teaching and Self-Contained classroom opportunities, allowing you to choose the setting that best fits your expertise and teaching style. With paraprofessional support in the classroom, youll have the resources to provide individualized instruction and address diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities ? Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in both Co-Teaching and Self-Contained settings ? Manage a classroom environment where some students may exhibit aggressive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques and positive behavior interventions ? Collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education teachers, and families to ensure consistent student support ? Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed

Ideal Candidate:
? Valid Special Education certification
? Experience working with students with behavioral challenges or emotional needs
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
? Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Pay Rate: $35-45/hour
