Online Math Teacher ( for K-2 )

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
? Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
? Educate students on mathematical concepts, problem-solving techniques, and critical thinking skills.
? Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori and hands-on activities, to enhance student engagement.
? Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
? Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
? Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate mathematics with other subjects.
? Provide early intervention strategies for students who require additional support in mathematics.
? Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Skills
? Strong written communication skills for lesson planning and proofreading educational materials.
? Experience in special education or working with diverse learners is preferred.
? Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support a conducive learning environment.
? Ability to create engaging physical education activities that incorporate mathematical concepts when applicable.
? Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support struggling students in mathematics.
? Proficiency in classroom management techniques that promote respect and cooperation among students.

Pay: $20.52 - $22.64 per hour
