Job Description: We are working with a school district in North Dakota and they are searching for a virtual Special Education Teacher to join their network and work from home to provide services for their students. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students with special needs through virtual teaching and support services.

Responsibilities:

? Provide virtual instruction and support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups.

? Adapt and modify instructional materials and strategies to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities.

? Utilize virtual platforms effectively for delivering instruction and engaging students in virtual learning activities.

? Monitor student progress, assess their strengths and challenges, and provide ongoing feedback and support.

? Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other members of the education team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Position Details:

? 1x Full-time position.

? Caseload: K-12 students with a range of disabilities within the school district.

Qualifications:

? Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.

? Active North Dakota state certification in Special Education, or willingness to obtain before the start date.

? Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and technology for delivering remote instruction.
