Key Responsibilities

? Assist in delivering lesson plans and reinforcing learning concepts in both small group and one-on-one settings.
? Support students in maintaining focus, adhering to classroom routines, and exhibiting positive behavior.
? Contribute to classroom management by implementing effective learning strategies and upholding classroom guidelines.
? Aid in maintaining accurate student records and tracking individual progress.
? Provide tailored support through individualized instruction aimed at addressing specific academic needs with research-backed interventions.
? Facilitate open communication between teachers and families, participating in team meetings and sharing insights regarding student development.
? Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching methods and meet the diverse needs of students.
? Assist with various administrative tasks, including lunch/recess duties, arrival/dismissal procedures, and general classroom preparation.
Required Skills
? Strong oral communication abilities.

Qualifications
? A minimum of two years of college education.
