Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (Can be flexible)

Work Type: Onsite Only

Caseload: 8 Students

Hourly Pay Range: $38 - $48 per hour (Based on experience)

Requirements: ? Valid Connecticut Teacher of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (TDHH) certification ? Experience with students who are deaf or hard of hearing ? Knowledge of IEP procedures and assessments ? Background check and fingerprinting required

Description:

Urgently seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing ("TDHH") to join the team in Hartford, CT! This part-time opportunity allows for flexibility in hours and offers the chance to work with a small caseload of 8 students. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Connecticut TDHH certification, experience with IEPs, and a passion for supporting deaf and hard of hearing students.

Responsibilities: ? Provide educational support for students with hearing impairments ? Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and specialists to ensure students? academic success ? Develop and implement customized educational strategies ? Utilize assistive devices and technology for enhanced learning
