This open-ended role provides HR, Payroll, and Benefits administration to backfill an employee on leave. Responsibilities include:
Payroll Administration:
? Prepare and audit weekly/biweekly payroll.
? Process personnel transactions (new hires, terminations, status changes, deductions, etc.).
? Audit time and attendance, reconcile variances, and process employee data changes.
? Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and state/federal laws.
? Address employee pay inquiries and administer payroll reports.
? Manage tax filings, employment verifications, garnishments, and liens.
HR Administration:
? Maintain and audit employee data and records for accuracy.
? Run compensation and HRIS reports.
? Support HR projects and services.
Qualifications: ? 5+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of Paylocity. ? In-depth understanding of state/federal employment laws and benefit processes. ? Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage priorities. ? Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, including outside regular hours if needed.
