Position: Remote Dental Insurance Biller

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Submission: Accurately prepare and submit dental insurance claims

• Payment Posting: Process and record insurance payments promptly

• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits

• Insurance Aging: Manage and follow up on aging insurance claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of dental billing experience

• Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software

• Fast and reliable internet connection

• Availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

• Familiarity with PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other dental practice management software

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
